Adult Day Services

Community Link’s Adult Day Services are person-centered, individualized, promote personal growth and encompass a variety of skill building opportunities for persons 18 and older who have a developmental disability. Learning opportunities are available in the areas of life skills, vocational and work supports.

The programs ensure quality services through accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and licensure surveys by the Illinois Department of Human Services as well as utilizing input from persons served and other stakeholders for program improvements.

Services are provided at three locations:  Breese East, Breese West and Fairview Heights Metro.

Community Services

Community Link offers a variety of services and supports for people with disabilities residing in their own homes, with family or in one of Community Link’s residential homes. The array of services is designed to provide assistance and supports based upon individual needs as well as preferences. Supports may include help with home living skills, medication management, budgeting assistance, including assistance with social security, Medicaid and food stamps, limited transportation, and recreational and leisure activities.
