The First Step Early Head Start Program is currently recruiting prenatal women and families with children birth to age three, residing in Clinton and Washington County. The EHS program promotes school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of children of low income families through the provision of health, educational, nutritional, social and other services based on the family’s needs.
