The mission of Community Link is to help people with developmental disabilities, and other difficulties, achieve learning breakthroughs, find a job, live in a home of their own, and make friends.

The vision of Community Link is to see people with developmental disabilities, and other difficulties, live and participate in a community that values their presence and contributions.
