First Step Program

Community Link provides a large, well-supervised work force ready to handle jobs large and small. Most clients spend their working day assembling and packing small parts by hand.

Approximately 90 clients pack over 1,000,000 parts per month for local companies. A crew of clients also cleans several thousand pair of rental shoes per month during prom season.

The biggest job at Community Link is the assembly and packing by hand of small parts that arrive in bulk and are packed into individual boxes.

Our various capabilities include six jaw sealers for bagging, a shrink wrap machine, a large shipping/warehouse area, forklift, and large truck for pick-up and deliveries, and an experienced group of supervisors to ensure the job gets done and is one right.
